  • Kim was so helpful with every aspect of planning! We had never been to Universal Studios before and were a little overwhelmed with what to expect. Kim gave us multiple hotel and ticket package options, including the pros and cons of each, and never tried to upsell us on unnecessary add ons. The week before our trip we had an online planning session where she went over every ride and show she thought we would enjoy, and gave us a suggested itinerary for each day of our visit. She helped us choose and make reservations for restaurants, and provided a list of other places she thought we might like. Even during our trip she checked in to make sure everything was going well!
